Turns out indeed this is a baby miniature horse and it is taking a jog with one of the people caring for it. And the result is totally adorable! This footage will have you smiling big as this little fella is so happy scamping about and actually wagging his tail like a little delightful doggy! Really a rare sight to see an actual horse this tiny and this giddy with excitement.
