Adorable Bichon Frise dog from Korea has taken the internet by storm and has now amassed almost a quarter of a million followers on Instagram.
It is easy to see why she has gained such a following, given her adorable face and sprightly nature. Named ‘Ham Arang‘, the pup is full of energy and a zest for life that is captured and shared with all her fans.
Ham Arang has also been taught by her owner to follow commands such as sitting, begging and chasing her tail.
Bichon Frise dogs are tiny in size, sitting usually around 11 inches tall and weighing between 7 and 12 lbs. They were originally bred in in the Mediterranean where they descended from the water spaniel and the poodle. Bichons are also related to the Maltese, Coton de Tulear, and Havanese dog breeds, and once even travelled on ships with Spanish sailors.
Due to their lively personality and calm, non-aggressive nature, they have now become one of the world’s most popular dog breeds, particularly in countries such as Japan and Korea where many homes are too small and compact to house larger dog breeds.
As you can see from these pictures, Ham Arang loves to do normal dog things like eating and sleeping, but she can also be seen wearing little outfits, going on car rides, and even watching YouTube videos!
