So sweet: Man takes disabled dog to the park every day in a stroller

Digital Producer, Doug Delony often jogs through Discovery Park in Houston in the afternoons. And on many of those afternoons, he sees a man in the park with a stroller but with no baby in it. When he discovers what the man is there to do, he takes a picture to share on Facebook.

"Most afternoons I take a run through Discovery Green, and most afternoons I see this guy with a stroller but no baby. He brings this beautiful... what appears to be... disabled pup to the park. He lets it sit in the grass and take in the smell and the sound. Here he is giving it water out of a small cup he brings with him. An adorable dog and a nice guy - God bless 'em."

Doug and his colleagues learned that the dog's name is Maximillion - or Max for short. Max lives with Troy Griffin (the man in the photos) and Edie Mayo. Max is 16 years old, or 112 in human years! He can't walk, and he's mostly blind. But that doesn't stop him from having an enjoyable life! Edie and Troy treat Max like royalty.

Edie has had Max since he was 3 weeks old, and he really is just a part of the family. As one would treat an aging relative, this is precisely how they treat their sweet dog.
